Bayou City Swamp absolutely knocked it out of the park! The star of the meal was the shrimp po'boy, perfectly cooked shrimp on fresh bread, but what truly took it to another level was the incredible sauce on top. It was packed with flavor and tied everything together so well that I was thinking about it long after the meal was over. What impressed me even more than the food was the service. They went above and beyond in a way you rarely see these days. They actually opened early to accommodate us and even made a special trip to pick up ingredients to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted. That level of dedication and customer care is something you just don't forget. If you're looking for great food and people who genuinely care about their customers, this place is a must visit! I'll definitely be back!!
The service is impeccable! The owners gave us samples of etouffe and a eggroll. The portions are huge! You certainly get a lot of value for your money! I will definitely be stopping by here the next time I'm in town.
DELICIOUS!!! This was our first time trying their food and we’ll definitely be back! I just got some stuff to snack on; fried okra basket, boudin eggrolls & boudin ball. The boudin ball is HUGE! I posted a picture but it’s only HALF of it because I didn’t think to take a pic before cutting it. The okra basket is a TON. The picture I shared is with it like already half gone. And the eggrolls were delicious too! Also, she gave me some kind of sauce with it. I don’t know what it is, but it’s super good too! Anyway, if you haven’t checked them out yet, definitely give them a try. HIGHLY recommend!
