The service was excellent, the food was awesome. After reading the reviews we went to try it out since it's only half a mile from us, definitely will be going back.
Please read this review about Hot Pot dining to understand how this special way of eating your meal at a restaurant will bring you to a whole new and unique experience. So if you are looking for a total new and great experience, then BBQ Hot Pot is the way! We came here to BBQ Hot Pot for the first time with my whole family total 8 adults and two little children. When we first got there, their staff members greeted us and showed us our table, then after our server knew that we were there for the first visit, he begins to explain how everything works for us to feel more comfortable. The table where we sat down had one burner for each person where the server will place a metal bowl with the broth of your choice and also on the center of the table you will see a grill where you can cook the protein that you choose from the Buffet table with the raw meats.The server also will give you a paper and pen for you to mark what kind of vegetables you would like to add to your broth that is boiling right in front of you. Then at your own convenience you can go to the buffet table where you will see all the different meats and vegetables that you can bring to your table for grilling. If you like your steak,chicken or fish to have your own special flavor then you can go to another table that is right next to the buffet table that has the raw meats and pick your own sauces and seasoning that you can carry them in an small bowl that you will find right under the table where you are selecting your special sauces to give that special flavor to your proteins as you grill them on your table. With this “ new for us” experience of having a family meal at a restaurant like Hot Pot it was an amazing night because since you are cooking your own food choices there is no place for any delays from the kitchen staff bringing your meal to your table because you’re on your table that is the kitchen at the same time and you are the chef. We were enjoying every minute of it and our server was on top of everything making sure to check if we need a new grill mat replacement and refilling our drinks, also checking “ and this is important “ that our food on the grill won’t be over cooked and controlling the temperature of the burners where our broth was boiling. For all of you that have not yet had an experience like this I highly recommend you guys to come here to BBB Hot Pot for a unforgettable and unique dining experience! The staff members that work at Hot Pot are very nice and friendly people who will make sure you will have a great experience here!
I absolutely love and adore this place. Great customer service and very alert. If it’s your first time, they will gladly explain and guide you through the experience. The selections of meat and seafood is great and the vegatables are very fresh. Overall with the dining experience was a huge thumbs up. The price is $25.50 per person. I personally feel that is not bad at all to get hot pot and Korean BBQ. Shoot at other places you pay more for just the hot pot or the Korean BBQ, so the price unit is a good. I recommend this place to everyone it’s fun and super different. Enjoy!
