There are or were a couple or girls that work here, that I've not only had trouble with, but I've heard other people complain about, they've closed and ignored people who thought they were still opened because the open sign up,and were rude when asked if they could order.
I order 3 regular roast beef. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food then only had 1 horseradish sauce so I went back explained I had 3 sandwiches and needed more sauce she handed me 1 more I was like I have 3 sandwiches she was rude so i was rude back I was told not to come back. It should be 1 sauce per sandwhich at least. Funny thing I asked for extra horseradish.
Never took my order after waiting there for hours…then realized the Wonderful Beef-a-Roo truck no longer exists?! How sad. I went home and shed a tear while starving.
Just lost an almost daily customer. Online it says they open at 11am. For the last 2 months i have been calling and placing a lunch order at 11:45am almost daily, never been a problem. I called today at my usual time and am told, " we dont open until noon, grill isnt on yet i cant do that". Then why have you been able to the last 2 months?
The food is decent now that they have all their machines. The shakes are the best! Everything is made to order unlike mcdonalds so yes of course there's a wait. Big deal. We've only truly had 1 issue with the truck and that's been a while.
I see people complaining about the wait. My review is what reviews are meant for, the food. It absolutely slaps. My expectation was a good beef sandwich, I received a next level delicious beef n cheese. I waited the amount of time it takes to cook food (10 minutes). Well well worth it.
The lady at the counter should not being working with customers. Unless you tip her, plan on waiting for your food. For a long time. I only had 6 dollars on me. The guy who ordered 20 minutes after I did received his food first. The other lady, after I came back 20 minutes and asked if my sandwich was done as I had left, she said her sandwich is right there. The rude lady then took another order, then made his food, then gave me my cold roast beef sandwich. I would not recommend going based on staff. Just not worth it.
It’s a food truck parked and apparently renting the entire lot. There’s a park like canopy with a picnic table on one side of the lot. The girls were friendly and I tried the 1/4 pound burger with fries. Better than McDonalds, but not much. It has the same menu as the restaurant in Rose City.
