They offer no customer appreciation items. No complimentary soft drink, snacks, food, nothing. The sink is falling off the wall. The soap dispenser and hand blower seldom work. Within a 5 minute drive, you can find gaming cafes that offer complimentary pizza, chicken nuggets, soft drinks, candy, snacks, etc. They appreciate their customers. Why would anyone go to Beerability? I mean, what do they offer?

Customer service was great they id'd you I went and played some slot machines they offered you water and then you could buy whatever other drinks you wanted the gentleman that was there was very nice
