12/23/2017 This restaurant is under new management and starting next week will be a new name. They are NOT the same. The menu will change and already the pizza is NOT as good. They do NOT pay attention to details, quality and courtesy. The pizza is SO bland and the topping are just thrown on haphazardly. Our pizza was almost dropped in our laps and the servers didn't have a clue. We ordered chicken wings, and she had to come back to tell us they no longer serve them. When we were ready to leave no one brought our check. We had to go looking for it. SO sorry to see the change. We will not be back . We will miss Bella Mozzarella for sure.
I have eaten here quite a few times. The food is pretty good. The three star rating has nothing to do with the taste. Or even the service. The portions of the food are smaller than some other establishments in Fort Myers. They are also stingy with the garlic rolls. If you go to Bella Mozzarella and have never been to Ninos you will have a fine time. Ninos is by far superior in taste portion size and you can eat as many garlic rolls as you want I don't recommend too many as they are not healthy but they are delicious. I live right next to Bella Mozzarella but I make the drive to Ninos every time. Try Bella Mozzarella and try Ninos for yourself.
We arrived at 8:20. We were seated quickly. At 9:00 they locked the doors and started putting up the chairs and sweeping the floors. I think doing that when you still have customers is rued. There were at least 4 to 5 tables with customers still eating. It made us feel very uncomfortable. The employees didn't apologize for it. Your website says your open till 10:00 on Friday nights. Please show your employees how to smile and be friendly. They look miserable.
