Came to this place in high hopes due to such good reviews it smelled great but terrible service. showed up & NO ONE acknowledged us. But the next people came in & the waitress went up to them & started taking drink orders. They even sat next to us. The Waitress ignored us. Till she came back for them & we told her we were already ready to order after we had been sitting for 10 mins waiting for someone to even greet us. We started ordering our drinks & then also told her we were ready to order our food since we had so much time to look at the menu. She said she couldn’t take our order bc she still had to take the other tables order who wasn’t even ready yet & we showed up before them. Honestly a waste of our time. & I told her we got there before them. & she just goes “oh sorry” basically a well guess that sucks. If you want better service don’t waste your time here. She literally walked past our table to get to them so I don’t understand how she didn’t see us walking in or sitting there while she was taking their order. She walked past us twice before acknowledging us & even then didn’t realize we were there before them but you definitely seen the other people walk in & sit quite literally behind us. Get better staff maybe idk.
Always enjoy our dinners at the Knob. The pizza is the king of the menu. If you haven't tried it, do yourself a favor and get one now. Enjoy an ice cold beer while you're there.
