I’ve been coming here for over a decade. I make it a plan when I’m in the area for a backpacking trip. I’ve always gotten the pizza, with the occasional salad. It’s at the top of my list for my favorite pizza.
This was my first time here. We found that the food was better than most area pizzerias. Sauce and cheese were perfect. I'm from Brooklyn so I'm biased. I would say this is equivalent to NYC pizza. I've also stopped at other local Italian and pizza restaurants in VA and this is now one that I'll return to. I didn't try anything but pizza and calzone but I will next time I'm there. Our waitress was super nice and told us the history of the two Bella's. The outdoor patio was a surprise. There was a waterfall and a garden. It's a great place to have dinner.
Friendly staff and the food was excellent. Best pizza I’ve had in a while!
