I wanted to like this so bad but the rib tips were horrible the pieces that weren't dry and unedible the other pieces were raw an would not come off the bone other pieces were pure fat...I guess we came to early? Nothing was fresh the macaroni and cheese did not taste like cheese no seasoning and dry in texture and in pieces havent seen that unless its from the box or like it came from the bottom of the pan. The Greens and corn bread was the only thing that was edible and tasty. We were going to be new customers Soul food for a great price and Are business is up the street, I did read so many good/great reviews. I guess dont always believe what you read. 🤷
1st time here and we will definitely go back. Everything we are was delicious, but I loved the brisket. We shared 3 sides potato salad, bake beans & Mac & cheese ( all 3 were really good. Can't wait to go back for brisket sandwich & try a few more sides.
Best pulled pork I've probably ever had! So tender and juicy. Good assortment of delicious sides! Save room for the banana pudding. Good portions for a reasonable price. We will definitely be back!
