The restaurant should be named the rice bowl After the recent new owners, the quality of food has diminished you get 3/4 rice and 1/4 of whatever you ordered the quality is poor quality meat, as well as as overwhelmed with rice and poor flavor. The new ownership is milking it for every last penny it could get.
