Very bland food. No flavors I had the egg rolls, pork sandwich, chicken pad Thai, and the beef fried rice. All bland. Chicken Pad Thai was just spicy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, unless you like bland super bland flavors. And the kiwi soda was also bland with a lot of sugar.
This restaurant has remained just as good throughout the ten (10) years I’ve been going, so I believe I can attest to its consistency in excellence. Anytime I eat lunch here the service is always great, and I enjoy the beef Pad Thai and the spring rolls most.
Relaxing environment with great customer service. Ariana was awesome, attentive and delivered swift service. She earns bonus points for complimenting me on my youthful looks.
me and my friend came to eat for lunch, ordered our food no problem. the food gets there and my dish was too spicy i asked for a level 2 but it tasted like a level 4, my tongue felt like it was on fire. our server took too long to get to the table because originally i was just going to ask them to remake it but changed my mind because i saw that the server was busy and wasn’t going to come to the table in time. i asked for a refund on the food and the manager and both servers there were going back and forth with my friend about how they didn’t do refunds, i only took 2 bites out of my dish and decided it was too hot. they threatened to call the police on me claiming i wasn’t trying to pay. all i asked was to take off the one dish that was too spicy i would happily pay for everything else. overall management was so unprofessional letting the servers argue with us. in the end he did take off the dish but that was after i caused a scene. i’m a very understanding person when it comes to the food industry but this was one of my worse experiences. i even asked him why didn’t he just take off the dish in the first place to avoid the whole thing. he didn’t give me an answer. do better
The customer service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive. The food was delicious and served promptly.
We went around 4pm, service felt a bit rushed, it was our first time going but iffy on going back, i got a beef pho and for the price you pay i was expecting a bowl with more broth lol its like if they got sold the broth before serving it to you, but the portion of noodles and beef was good. Pho was a 7/10 for me, they give you ur own little tray with the toppings for the pho, we got a water for the bev they gave it to us on a mason jar with lemon inside and i really enjoyed that it was refreshing, iced cold water, we ordered chicken spring rolls but the chicken is the regular pho chicken its not grilled or seasoned or if it is i couldn’t tell, the sauce u get with them was great 7/10. the egg rolls were ok too 7/10 they are really crispy. But the sandwich, man we ordered a pork sandwich i believe it was, it was the worst sandwich i have ever had. It lacked flavor so much and u can’t even taste the veggies in them i rlly rlly did not liked it but other than that if u don’t want to drive 25-30 min to downtown if u live in the area for pho it aint bad. We also saw a table next to us they ordered lomein and it looked really good, might be back to try that, Alot of people order to pick up and go, very quiet place, but when you order and u get ur food they don’t rlly come back to you.
This was my first time visiting and we were shocked by the cozy ambiance of the restaurant and area. Parking was easy and real close to the restaurant and the food was some of the best in the Houston area. The spring rolls had plenty of flavor and the sauces hit the spot. The team working here all greeted us with smiles and remained hospitable through the night. Well done and we will return,
I’ve ate at this location a few times. The chicken pho is good on a winter day. The chicken boom is alright. The chicken was lacking flavor. The beef boom is delicious mainly because of the seasoning of the beef. The fried gyozas are very good as well. Service is always friendly and the dining area is clean.
