I go here sometimes to get something ( Cali-fix) I'm used to getting in San Diego, a custom California pollo asada Burrito 🌯( pollo asada,pico de Gallo, sour cream, Cilantro, refried beans, guacamole, and of course French fries inside).....along with Horchata 🍶.. Fantastic Everytime the Chef and the Cashier's are amazing.. No one does it better...

11 months agoGood food,it didn’t take long to wait and the lady that took my order was nice,I ordered the Big Al’s Burger and it was a nice size burger and fries and coleslaw came with it with napkins and ketchup all ready in the bag, it cost 12.12 total with tax included and they didn’t charge me extra to use my card,I definitely will be going back to this restaurant.

a year agoThe cashiers are very kind. I come in here quite often. The food is always served very well and if you want it a specific way they always make sure to do so! definitely a good spot, especially if you live around the area

a year agoMy first stop at Al's. The young lady was very polite and she was very informative. I had the hot dog and fries. One of the best hot dogs I've ever had. Great job Big Al's you'll see me again.

2 years agoMy wife and I have been eating at Big Al’s on 12th and Taylor for over 55 years. We left Chicago many years ago but visit very frequently and always stop by this place. I don’t know if there is new management or not but, the service here is terrible however, the food is still the best. I personally believe that’s why the service is so bad is because they know there food is good so the attitude is take it or leave. You have to ask for napkins, ketchup and they get and attitude when you do. Right now, I have an attitude too! I want be visiting this place ever again. Especially, as long as these so call macho guys are serving their attitude with the food.
