Ordered a rib rip plate from here today and every rib rip was burnt!! The person that fixed the plate knew they were burnt, they could have asked me if I wanted something else. I got all the way home opened my plate and was very disappointed
My wife and I traveled many, many miles, and hours, to come to Big Bee’s barbecue. We had it two years ago when we stumbled upon this place, and haven’t forgotten how good the food is. I couldn’t decide what to have, so I had one of each! Chicken, pulled pork, and ribs, along with two sides, which are obviously homemade. It was all delicious, and every bit as good as we remembered from two years ago. Mike, a.k.a. Big Bee, and his daughter and family are gracious, very friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere is “homey“, but you go there for the food. Prices are unbelievably good. So next time you are here in Vicksburg, you have to try Big Bee’s barbecue. It’s simply the best!
We absolutely the ribs! The baked beans and potato salad were amazing. The portions were very generous!…. I couldn’t eat all of the ribs! Mike, his wife, and grand-daughter were so nice and friendly. It has a very home like atmosphere! We can’t wait to go again!
