2 months agoYou won't be disappointed with the quality or the quantity of your food, cooked very well, bun was toasted perfectly , I got the cheeseburger but let me tell you the size of the patties and the amount of bacon I got I definitely feel like I got my monies worth compared to larger chains. 10/10 they were quick and very kind. 🤌 I indeed will be coming back when I'm in town or close by. (No photos sorry I started eating it right away smelled so good and forgot :( )

2 months agoWow!! So delicious. Very unassuming, in a trucking company parking lot. I am from NYC and would go to Philly regularly for cheesesteaks these were very comparable and up to snuff!! Cheesesteak is made to order, full of flavor, cooked perfectly and huge! Tater tots were delicious too. I want to try everything on their menu so I’ll definitely go back! Two guys working were very friendly and funny. Good vibes all around. 10/10

4 months agoListen! This was the BEST Philly I have ever had!!! It was so flavorful and juicy and cheesy 🤤 literally mouthwatering sandwich with fresh hot crispy tots on the side topped with cheese and fresh cracked black pepper and seasonings… Awww man I have to go back… he was friendly and patient as I was a new customer and didn’t know how or what to order.. I was very satisfied with my order.. the only thing I could say is that it is in a location that is hard to find if you aren’t from here .. and it was pretty far out from everything but worth the drive

Edited 6 months agoDon’t panic, this hidden Jen is in the back parking lot of a Swift trucking dock! When it comes to Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, I am a huge fan. BIG D nailed it today. He let me try the tater tots, which were amazing as well. Next time it’s tater tots and cheesesteak. I had him add jalapeños which I think gave it the extra zing to put it over the top. Always call ahead, and he’ll have it ready for you when you arrive. Big thanks to Swift Trucking for making it all possible and to BIG D for being there! I promise photos next time! UPDATE: I called ahead this time and ordered 3 Phillies and 3 tots. Big D texted me 5 minutes before they were ready…PERFECT. See the photos of those beautiful Jalapeños.

9 months agofound this place from the google reviews ..and wow! this place is a hiiden gem..a little hard to find but once you do youl be glad you did ..the service they were both so kind and helpful .. the philly cheesesteak was very tender and flavorful and the cheese sauce on it i could eat out of a tub with a spoon ..the tots were perfectly season crumchy outside soft inside ..this place is amazing...quality food and quality kind service ..we will be back!!!

a year agoDo yourself a favor and come here and get the Philly cheesesteak. You will not be disappointed. Steak is flavorful, bread was fresh and very soft, cheese was plentiful. I got a sandwich with tots and a drink for $18. Worth every penny. Thanks!

a year agoIf you find yourself at the Ocala Terminal I highly recommend Big D’s. During the course of my 6 day layover due to truck repairs I had the opportunity to eat there multiple times and never had anything that wasn’t good from their true sausage dogs, all beef hot dogs, the made from scratch not frozen patty hamburger, and their outstanding tater tots. My only issue was I did not get the cheesesteak… I will next though.

a year agoDelicious! Darren is an exceptionally nice guy. We got the Philly Cheesesteak $13.95 and the Chicken Philly Cheesesteak $13.95 both came with a bag of chips. Both were very good. Rolls were fresh. Cheese sauce is a white heavy cream based cheese made in house, and they put a ton of it. It's definitely worth going to. FYI, you have to be buzzed in through the Swift Transportation employee entrance. A little tricky to find due to no signs, but once I called, Darren was very helpful. We will definitely be back.
