Good food good people . First time eating here and it's good
Last time going unfortunately after this being our go to spot. My husband placed a DoorDash order spending $70, after about 20 minutes I arrive to the location assuming the food is ready. I walk in and they say they don’t have the name, I’m at the wrong location, and there’s no order from today with that name. They then tell me “it’s been picked up by another dasher” this was my personal order that was scheduled for pickup, not delivery, so where would they even be picking up my order to take it???? No apology from the woman who obviously gave my food away, just keep telling me another dasher grabbed it first, which can’t be correct. Within the 30 minutes I’m sitting there waiting for a entire new order, a woman walks in with a big order that I’m assuming is mine, indeed it was, she was given the wrong order. They look around at each other saying “well we already started cooking it new now”. I felt like a huge inconvenience to them even though I simply showed up to get my own food that was given away to the wrong person. No offer for more sauce, a little extra food, a free drink, nothing. The customer service here is so beyond lost.
Small atmosphere but okay of you want to eat in there. Food was good. I could have used more seasoning on my food. Get the fried green tomatoes! I would go back. They are really friendly.
