My food was horrible, it seem like the fries were refried from the day before and so were the egg rolls. The egg rolls taste freezer burnt on one end, which prompt me to call, but no asnswer! I would not recommend waisting your money like I just did
This place never disappoints, the food and service are always top notch. I went in on a busy day, everyone seems to love their egg roles. But their fries and sandwiches will have you craving for more. 10/10 check this place out!
Big Shawn's is definitely a staple in grand rapids in my opinion if it isn't it should be! I feel like I actually went to Philadelphia for a cheesesteak when I come here..lol cause when I say everything I oder from this establishment is 🔥 I mean it always taste the same or better every time I return! My favorite is the egg rolls I can eat them everyday but unfortunately I live out of town but I often have a taste for big Shawn's & will drive a hr or so just to get some it's very addictive & worth the travel. I haven't been to a place that can match they're flavor & make there menu item's the way they do. They also support small businesses I was able to leave flyers for @superbshoecleaners my shoe cleaning & restoration company so again it's a win win for me when I come. The customer service is excellent & they're pretty fast when it comes to getting orders complete as well as making sure everything is correct!
