We had too much expectation from Bikaner restaurant as it was highly recommended by one of my friend and I was hoping it was like Bikaner wala in Delhi but it was not. We tried malai kabobs and butter chicken, man their food is tasty. Chicken curry was delicious although the malai kabob’s presentation was not good enough. Their service was worse as we have to wait for at least 30 mins for our order although the server Kathy was considerate enough to give us complimentary jalebi but service is one of the are they really have to improve. The only thing we will.be going back only to try their daal baati churma which we missed but we have seen so amazing reviews and next time we definitely we gonna try. One thing that they might need to improve in their menu to provide a complimentary rice or naa with entre’ as it is quiet the concept which any customer will except from menu.
As per recommendation, I did tried Raj kachori , dal baati churma, chole batura . Raj kachori====> not good . The kachori itself didn't had any masala. So if you just take a bite of just kachori, it's bland. Also overall the yougurt and other chutney really didn't blend well . It was missing something Chole batura====> yes , must to have . Very tasty . Did not regret Dal baat churma ====> it was ok ok for me . Other than those three , I tried the following and it was tasty as well . I would recommend this Rajasthani kadhi Aloo Gobi Salted lassi Tawa roti
Good food. Chole batura was very good. Best in Irving. We tried panner curry which was not upto the mark. All other items we ordered were very good. Worth a try.
Bikaner Indian Cuisine is my favorite place to go eat. I have tried many indian places but this place was a great combination of good service and awesome food. The chicken masala and the chicken tandoori was the best thing. It was fresh as well as tasty. I’m surely coming back for dessert. I loved the gulab jamun . It was one of the high point of my lunch. Highly recommended.
We went to Bikaner yesterday with high hopes. While the food is fine the experience left us annoyed. We were a party of 8 and we had to wait for close to 1.5 hours for our food. The server was overwhelmed and was struggling with orders. I understand that this is a new establishment and it is trying to manage the inflow of North Indian food fans. I hope to revisit may be after couple of months.
Nice restaurant. I tried dal bati churma, jalebi, and raj kachori. All were awesome . Loved this place
This is a new place..just a week old and I seem to be the first reviewer. I had a Dal bati churma and chole bhature here. Got complementary jalebi probably because they're new. My review of the food was that it tasted authentic.. one of the only places in the US where the chole reminded me of the ones I had in Delhi. The servers and the chefs felt homely and warm and welcoming. They need to get a bit more organized though but I'm sure you'll get there with time. My advice would be - please continue the good work and don't forget the quality of food as you grow. Dallas has so many Indian restaurants but probably only a few where you get fresh food. I hate the feeling my stomach has after eating in them. I felt that you guys cared for your customers.. please do not forget that as you grow. I'm sure this place will be a success. Will return for sure. I hope you bring the Goat Rogan Josh to the menu soon
Awesome Food ..Dal Bati Churma is must try.. lamb chops are sizzling..
