I think this might be the best restaurant in Mattoon. Food is fresh and beautiful. Spiced perfectly. Lots of choices. If you like creole food or are looking to try it, you should definitely go here.They are cash only but it’s worth it.

Hidden gem. Would have never expected a unique restaurant like this in Mattoon, IL. I had the Bahamian Gumbo and Cuban Roast Chicken w/ Munster & Guava Preserves. Both were incredible.
