We were so happy we picked this spot for dinner. The service was fantastic and the food was great. Would 100% recommend the Aebelskiver!!
We had an amazing meal, loved the Gravlux appetizer. The Bit O’Platter of open faced sandwiches was great and an excellent value. You should add a side order of meatballs and gravy, delicious. And my martini went great with the food. Our server, Melissa, was amazing and went out of the way to take excellent care of us. Sorry I forgot to mention Fiske fillet with remoulade sauce. Everything tasted as if it was made fresh today.
30+ years ago I had my first Monte Cristo sandwich in Solvang at Bit O’Denmark Restaurant. It was by far the best sandwich I’ve ever had hands down. Wonderful melt in your mouth goodness. I have been searching all these years any where I could find a restaurant that served them. None ever came remotely close. We finally made it back. And Oh My Goodness! It was just like I remembered. Prue heaven! Keep up the great work!
