This is truly a hidden gem. They spared no expense to make a cozy decor and top notch kitchen and dining area. There's even a corner with sofas if you want to drink coffee and a light snack. They have a great menu of freshly prepared food, brunch items. It changes seasonally, while some things stay all year, some other more eclectic choices change to include seasonal ingredients. The owners and staff are so friendly, making you feel like family. I highly recommend that you go try it and don't be afraid to think outside the box.
Life is a journey, and sometimes you stumble upon hidden gems, Bitty Bistro is a hidden gem I think is well worth your time, and money. Couldn't ask for better service or better food.
Stumbled on this place today. What a pleasant surprise. Everything was prepared fresh. The owner was so accommodating and attentive. The dining room was impeccably decorated and so inviting. I don’t know when I’ll be in Surgoinsville again, but I may have to make the 30 minute drive from Kingsport. It’d be worth it!
