Please don't waste your time stopping here for food! We had a large party of 20 that we made a reservation for 2 weeks in advance. Then called again the afternoon of the reservations to confirm: 20, at 6:30. We arrived at 6:20. Only to find out that they had "no reservation" for us. So we decided mistakes happen and gathered around another section that would be big enough for our group. So, we waited over an hour to even get a waiter! I had grabbed us menus, so that we were all ready when someone finally showed up. We told him that we had waited well over an hour to get anyone's attention. He apologized and took our orders. Then we waited for over 30 min to get our drinks! After another 30 min, we found "the manager", Nick and asked what the problem was with our food order? We were very concerned/confused because people that had arrived after us were receiving their food. Some of it was the same items that we had ordered. He said that he was sorry and offered to give us a 10% discount. So after ANOTHER hour of waiting, I decided that I was going to look in the kitchen to see if I could see what was going on? Well, "Chef" Tom came out and told me that us bringing a group of 20 really threw them off. I told him that WE HAD a reservation. He told me that he was not aware of any reservation. He told us that he would, "make us a special desert". WHAT????? you have not been able to get us our dinner in the 2 hours that we were already waiting, how would he be able to fit it in and make us a "special desert"? So after 2 and a half hours, our food finally arrived! I had ordered the corn beef dinner special and it was the toughest corn beef that I ever had. How hard is it to cook corn beef? Please take my advise and DON"T ever go there.....unless you have 3 hours to get bad food!
