See All ReviewsSome of the best fried shrimp and fish I've had in Houston. This is the neighborhood spot. Don't be telling people... Not too many anyways! We trying to keep it cheap!
It's 5 stars for what it is. I have read all the reviews and for the most part people are complaining about orders that they should have checked before THEY left the counter. If your eating habits have changed, don't blame the food.
they changed chefs and u can taste it ....well at least I can.ive been coming here since I was a kid....chicken tasted with no season or love like they used too....gravy and rice is now packaged with no love.....the old gravy was made homemade flour and onions and lighter in color.the new gravy dark brown no onions.... food wasn't nasty but it wasn't good .....I live 2 hours away from here and I'm only able to come once or twice a month.but it's been a tradition for me and my kids to come here and now they disappointed us....they also went up on prices a lot.it was $14 for a6 piece with rice and gravy..... fire your new cook he can't cook
