3 weeks agoI order my catering and got it on time and the staff was there make sure I got it to my car and they were so nice about everything. Thank you for making it a great experience and food was delicious.

3 weeks agoI placed a carry out order. They told me 45 minutes. I waited an hour before I went to go get it. I got there waited an additional 15 minutes. No one knew what they were doing or what was going on then, when they finally figured out what was going on. They told me it was gonna be an additional 10 to 15 minutes, but they were working on it. Then wanted to compensate me with a free piece of pie. Yeah, a free piece of pie doesn't fill my stomach now that I'm late for work because you can't get an order done in an hour and a 1/2.\n Horrible service. Will not recommend. Employees were running around, had no idea what they were doing.Total chaos do better

3 weeks agoProbably the best experience I have ever had at a local establishment. I came into the restaurant five minutes after closing to grab a quick sandwich. Come to find out nothing was ready since they closed five minutes before, but they made sure to make me a sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. They may not know this but they have a client for life. Highly recommend this place and do yourself a favor and grab some grub from this great place.

4 weeks agoHonestly I am not impressed with the food ordered the wings and they were dry and tasted old. The pizza was ok but very little sauce definitely not like ordings like I have read others say I would not return to this place food quality was very poor for the money you spend. Save your money and go elsewhere

5 months agoBought a ham and cheese sandwich. Came with marinara never said anything about marinara. People were rude on the phone when questioned about it. They basically said thats not our fault its what you ordered and hung up. Will never patronize this business again and will be spreading the word to not eat here.

5 months agoWeve had JJs a few times & its always pretty good. Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed this time to say the least. We got tenderloins and some wings. This time all the lettuce on my husbands sandwich was so rotten and slimy that he was afraid to get sick and didnt eat it. Wish they would have just said they were out of lettuce. The wings were also very soggy unlike before. Hoping this is a 1 off situation and the cooks were having an off day.

7 months agoThis was my first time going to JJs and I ordered the Bologna sandwich. I haven’t had a great some since I left Tennessee. I WILL be back it was so good! Great service! Thankyou!
