See All ReviewsStopped in here on a Sunday morning while passing through Waasis and honestly was not expecting much from a small-town spot, but Blue Canoe totally delivered. The eggs benedict had a perfectly runny yolk and the hollandaise was house-made, which you can always tell because it actually tastes like something. Service was warm and unhurried, the kind where your coffee gets topped up without you having to ask. If you're driving through and need a reason to pull off the highway, this is it.
Lovely ladies in the front with good customer service. It’s homey, cozy vibe throughout the resto. All meals have big servings! Best place upon arrival or before going to your flight! (Near the airport)
We had a very good time and the food was great. Always try to make a stop in when I'm back in the Maritimes. We did have the hostess get a bit salty with us when we asked for a different table, right as she was seating us.
