So I came here and usually when I come here and a woman is serving pho they give large amount of noodles but today when I came a Mexican man was serving pho and I’m a black woman and he kinda was off but I didn’t pay it no mind when I got my pho and was eating it i noticed he didn’t put much noodles at all!!! And when I asked him to refill with noodles he was telling me stuff i do t understand and then a waitress came to my table asking for tip when I told her what the guy did SHE DIDNT GIVE A DAMN THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND IM REPORTING THIS PLACE FOR RACISM!!!
My girlfriend and I drove over 5 hours to celebrate Valentine's Day and our 5 year anniversary here, and this place completely ruined it. We were genuinely excited to eat here, but the experience was awful from start to finish. The service was bad, the food quality was disappointing, and to make it worse, there was literal hair in our food. That alone should tell you everything. What really pushed it over the edge was how aggressively they demanded a tip. I have no problem tipping, I always do, but being pressured tipping after that experience is insane. I also never leave reviews, so you know how serious I am. Save your time and money. This place is not worth it. They also deleted my original review.
I had a really good experience at Blue Pearl Buffet Grill. The food was fantastic and everything tasted fresh and well made. The service was good and the staff was attentive. Pricing during the week is very reasonable—around $20–$30 for one or two people, which is a great deal in Tucson for the quality and variety of food. Weekends are a different price, but during Monday to Friday it’s definitely worth it. Overall, good food, good service, and fair pricing.
