I think this is the best Mexican food I've had in Pittsburgh. Good quality stuff, nice sauces, portions are sizable. Interesting dishes but not to the point of being too out there I got the torta brisket sandwich and the dang thing had a crunchy CHEESE SKIRT....delightful. Brisket actually tasted like a BBQ place smoked it. It wasn't typical chewy/dry "restaurant brisket." I got the zucchini side with it which was a nice contrast to the meat and carbs... came with a cheese sprinkle. It was suppose to come with AusJus which i think they forgot but i don't think it was really needed as the sandwich already had so much flavor. Burrito was solid, good ratios and sauces. Chicken was tender and not overcooked. Love the queso as well... it's the Land o Lakes kind and they make their own chips which are on the thinner side...yum. Flan was also a hit.
Really good food, haven't heard of this place but I saw on ubereats, will have to visit in person next time we're in the area. Love how they let you choose your side or a premium one (for extra $) which is great and makes them stand out from other Mexican places. They balance portion size and quality perfectly.
I almost never submit reviews, but making an exception here because the city needs to rally around places such as this one. IMO this is hands down the best Mexican food in Pittsburgh. Cannot wait to order from here again.
