See All ReviewsProbably some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. I had not tried Bolivian food before that I can remember. I’m usually on the Peruvian but I saw this place and it looked pretty awesome. I ate the Silpancho Pictured in my photos. The staff was so nice and the Bolivian music was awesome. I will be back that is a guarantee.
Food was okay, huge portions, which is nice for sharing dishes. I had sopa de mani (it was pretty good, huge! Good meat portion in the soup and not watered down like other places) Planchita- t bone with yuca, fries, hot dogs, sautéed onions & tomatoes, plantains & 2 fried eggs. (thought it’d be chorizo but it’s 2 grilled hot dogs) Silpancho- it was okay, the silpancho was a bit soggy but the taste was fine.
Since BoliviaManta is open in the area, is the best place of Bolivian food, the preparation and care in the food is impeccable, they provide real silverware, all dishes have a great presentation and immaculate flavor. Is the best in No. Va. Visit them, will not regret, and will looking for more every time. Servers are 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. They recognize you and know what you will eat and how you liked be prepared.
