I simply adored this jewel of a buffet restaurant in downtown St. Petersburg. Staff was super. The food was to die for. They had a mango yogurt that was so good I would have been well satisfied with just a portionof it. Several different chutney sides and the garbonzo beans were so good it was hard to stop eating them. I will definately be back.
Wow. When the lamb boti masala was placed on the table, I smelled it and knew it would be good, and it was. Since I typically get the same entree at Indian restaurants, comparing the food is very easy to do, and this one is one of the best I've had. I look forward to trying their other dishes and trying their buffet. The servers are friendly and helpful, and the prices are about as they are at just about any good Indian restaurant. I look forward to visiting this place again.
So tasty! A longtime feature of St. Petersburg downtown that's not fancy but good. Service is great. The goat vindaloo was fabulous! The lamb masala was wonderful! Wash it all back with a Taj Mahal lager, and you're having a good time. Last time I had Indian food this good, I was in London.
