Attended a birthday party and it was very nice and great clean place. They're building a private room so there was a little construction. Once you got inside you didn't really see it. Waitstaff was pleasant.
Love the food, good service, fun atmosphere, but I’m not a fan of sitting down for dinner and being told the water is self serve. I get it during the day, when golfers are coming in at the turn and asking for refills of water in their cups, that makes sense to have a self serve option so the staff isn’t taken up for that. But to be brought a glass of beer and then to be told they can’t bring me a glass of water during dinner seems an incorrect decision was made somewhere.
Boom Restaurant and Bar is located at the WestRidge Golf Course. Great atmosphere, food, and music—I’ve always enjoyed coming here. However, on a recent Friday night, the kitchen was already closed around 7:45 even though the restaurant lists a 9:00 PM closing time. I brought friends expecting the full experience, but they weren’t able to order food, which was disappointing. Posting clearer kitchen hours somewhere would make a big difference. Thank you.
