See All ReviewsI was pleasantly surprised with both the food options and atmosphere. Quite and relaxing. The fresh soup and Mexican section was great. High-end University "all-you can eat" restaurant.
Prison level slop would not recommend sometimes one edible thing
If I could compare this establishment to anything it would be Mt. Everest: not because it’s the pinnacle of anything, but because it’s all downhill, cold, bland, and impersonal. Though it is an “all you care to eat” buffet, they very intentionally crank the temp down and make the place generally unpleasant to try and get you out the door as quickly as possible. The only changes they have made in the time I have been here served to alienate the students and the staff, definitively disgruntling patrons and personnel in many small and irritating fell swoops. The place would be improved tenfold if the Sodexo overlords would decide to grace the place with fresh (or even halfway acceptable) ingredients. Though the good people of the staff try their best, the food would be considered a cruelty if given to prisoners of war. The only thing to be said about Boundless is the presence of Christa the Sandwich Lady. Never has there been such a fun and personable sandwich lady that could do so much with the meager, runty scraps they afford her. 5/5 stars for Christa, and she is the only reason the place got 2 stars at all. If not for Christa, I would never have stepped foot in the wretched place since my freshman year.
