a month agoCan get a little busy around lunch time but it’s still the best place to eat in Ararat, VA! Go see Rodney and get something good to eat! Spaghetti is the special on Wednesdays and is always great!!!

2 months agoWonderful lunch, friendly local atmosphere. Very filling. Better get there a little before noon or the parking lot will be full. To go orders are also available and very popular.

a year agoUnfortunately we arrived about 15 minutes before closing. Fortunately, someone met us at the door with a smile and told us to come on in that we were okay. Good food, good service, good atmosphere!

a year agoVisiting from Texas, and had to stop by for a little lunch. Good burgers, fresh cooked, quick and tasty. Service was great, and the folks are lovely. Perfect.

5 years agoAMAZING! My family and I took a trip up to the mountains to get away for the week and discovered this amazing restaurant. We were all thoroughly impressed with the food, the service, the staff, the prices, and the hospitality. When you walk in you are greeted with smiling faces by all the employees. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the owner was very nice and helpful and down to earth. He helped us plan certain parts of our trip by recommending activities and places to visit and experience and beyond that just made good conversation and seemed to really enjoy what he does. I wish I could rate this restaurant higher than 5 stars! This place has a down home feeling that is rarely found anywhere nowadays. We will definitely be going to this amazing restaurant again in the future!
