See All ReviewsThe food was typical country kitchen food. Our waitress was very nice very attentive asked numerous times if we needed anything else. The only bad Vibe was we entered the restaurant we sat down. The gentleman that was sitting behind us and got up and moved to another table. He kept looking at my Hispanic wife like we shouldn't be in this restaurant. It seemed very racial, it shouldn't be like this it's 2025. Just to stop through restaurant we will probably never be here again. If you are driving through the small town of Decatur Texas, you should stop in and at least try the food
I ordered the 2 breakfast tacos for 4$ which was their special. She asked if I wanted corn or flour tortilla. I'm gluten sensitive so I ordered corn. They were the store bought hard shell tacos. They heated them so long they were rubbery. I ate 1 and asked to send the other back. When we received our bills it was still on the bill. I asked if she could take it off, she acted surprised. She came back and told me since there was 2 tacos and I ate one she will take 2$ dollars off , not 4$. Wow. The restaurant was also freezing
While traveling down to Florida, I had the opportunity to stop at Brandi's Country Kitchen for a delicious and fulfilling breakfast. The portions were quite plentiful, the service was fantastic, and the food was nice and hot. Specious seating. Parking lot needs to be repaired as there are two massive pot holes.
