2 years agoDisturbs the community every morning at 8 am by honking the horn (6-8 times, full blast) to get the riders attention to come outside. Inconsiderate driver

2 years agoMy ride with the driver's have been great. Don't get me wrong could get some new vans, the driver's I always ride with are respectful and kind. Been riding for 6 or more years.

2 years agoHere I am seeing a van pulled over by the Lawrence police with the same driver that the owner reassured my mother and I that she was terminated for disrespecting my mother talking about her on the phone with another driver (who was also said to be fired)in her presence as if she was not there. When addressed the girl Saesha let my mother know that she'll still have her job after telling her that she was on dialysis and about to die. They left my mother out to wait for another transport right after a dialysis treatment. I left it alone after recieving a fake apology obviously because the driver that did this is still employed with Breezy. Once my mother realized that the girl said she'd still have her job after leaving my mother on the side of the road, and wild enough, she does. I wish that I never accepted that my mother accepted the owners apology because I was prepared to call the police and get charges bought up against the company and driver for neglect. My mother was fresh off of dialysis treatment left on the side of the road. She should've never been treated that way. The audacity of Michelle to just drop her with no explanation when contacted about her lying to her about the resolution of this issue.

2 years agoThey are the worst company to ride with THE DISPATCH LADY IS SO RUDE she hung up on me then I called back she cussed at me as I was only asking about my ride then had the nerve to cancel me as a rider because of this and left me stranded with no ride home! I advise everyone not to ride with them ever again find another company

3 years agoI have never encountered a problem until literally 5mins ago, The dispatcher lady was very rude & disrespectful, how is she trying to argue over when the call was made & I'm the person who done had to make & place the call, then had the audacity to say if you don't want to wait, like I haven't been waiting for almost 2hrs just to get home, it's ugly ppl like that in the world that make you not want to support

5 years agoThey transport my mom back and forth to dialysis. Always on time drop off and pick up. Excellent service with a smile.

5 years agoWords of advice: if you’re going to be driving your company vehicle with the logo on the side, don’t cut people off in traffic driving erratically!!! At 9am at that, smh
