Staff was super friendly, line was short (at 5am) and the croissant & coffee were fresh (and better than Starbucks). It is the airport, so quick grab n go, but probably best coffee and pastry I’ve had at DFW or any other airport.
It was a very welcome break from food on the run at the average airport layovers. My kid absolutely loved their grilled cheese with tomato soup!
Outstanding experience at Brewed. We had stopped at another restaurant at the airport and left after about 10 minutes because the QR code didn't work and no staff came over. Other prospective diners were having the same happening. At Brewed, the atmosphere was clean and lively. Jerome, the waiter, came over nearly immediately, was kind, friendly and efficient. He even checked to see if we could get a burger early, since it was close to lunch. He checked on the tables he was attending to frequently and was courteous to all we could observe, as well as us. Food and drink was delicious. Highly recommend!!!!
Food was great and portions were generous. I ordered the Pulled Pork Skillet with a brewed coffee and really enjoyed it—better than I expected. Definitely recommended. Huge shoutout to Mia for being genuinely kind and attentive, even though she wasn’t my server. I was the first customer at 6 a.m., so it wasn’t busy at all, and her service truly stood out and made my day better. Unfortunately, my assigned server was cold and unwelcoming, especially at opening time, which felt unnecessarily inflexible. That contrast made Mia’s kindness stand out even more. And yes, I tipped—Asians tip too 😉 Chairs were comfortable overall. Tip: the soft chair in the middle is the best.
I would give this 5-stars, if it weren’t for the RUDEST hostess I’ve ever seen in my LIFE. (The girl with the ankle thing on.) She literally did not speak to greet me or to even RESPOND to anything I said. I smiled and said hi. She just stared at me. I asked if I could see a menu. She handed me one, still without any emotion or words. I asked for a table for one. She walked off, set a menu on a table, and walked off again without saying ANYTHING. I almost went elsewhere just because of her. There are PLENTY of other places with better reviews. HOWEVER, I was tired and hungry so I stayed, and was glad to see that ALL of the other staff were friendly and helpful. The chicken biscuit and sweet potato fries were DELICIOUS! That hostess is surely costing y’all some business and better reviews!!
Wow. Asked for a side of fries and this is what I got. And they weren’t fresh - kinda bordering on cold and definitely hard. Should’ve stopped at McDonald’s instead… comfy seats though!
It was fine. I mean, it's the airport, not fine dining. I had to ask to be helped. And ask for a refill. And ask to order. And ask for bill. Staff not attentive. Okay. Again- airport service. The sandwich was good. Plenty for 2 people. The fried sweet potatoes were yummy. Super cool light fixtures! Total with beverage $20
Layover in DFW airport, so looked for somewhere to have a tasty breakfast. Was not disappointed by our choice. Jerome was helpful and polite. The food was delicious, the shrimp and grits had the right amount of spice and heat. The pulled pork hash skillet hit the spot too.
