5 months agoWe walked in during a rush — and still got seated right away! The place was bright, lively, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. You can tell they stay busy for a reason. We kicked things off with the breaded mushrooms, and WOW. They were sliced, crispy, and perfect with the ranch. Then came the cheeseburgers and tots… oh my goodness. These burgers are the real deal. Total old‑school bowling‑alley vibes in the BEST possible way. Absolutely delicious. Drink options were great too — soda, beer, mixed drinks, and wine slushies. I had the Arrowhead Red slushy and loved it. Their wines are local, including Arrowhead Red and Arrowhead White, which I think is such a cool touch. And yes, even the bathroom was clean — always a win. Overall, this place is a gem. Great food, great people, great atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

7 months agoThe only way you wouldn’t like this place is if you are stuck up and have no clue what a small town eatery is. Very friendly family that owns the place and the food is what they say, “you get what you paid for.” Also if it’s busy and you can’t be man enough to get up and ask the bartender for menus, don’t come here. God Bless

7 months agoAte supper there last night. The it was delicious. Great to see a restaurant in this building again. No draft beer but very frosty cold mugs. Cold beer and hor fish. Doesn't get much better. Great prices also

8 months agoFood was great! Server was friendly and knowledgeable. We had the Fried chicken sandwich and a burger. The fried mushrooms were awesome and the prices are fair. We can't wait to get back to try the catfish!

Edited 4 months agoThe waitress miss understood what I was ordering, but we got it figured out in the end. Just had the catfish sandwich, slaw and apple cheesecake. All was DELICIOUS!!😋🤤

9 months agoGlad to see a restaurant back in this location. Hope they can showcase the river view more in the future. Friendly staff, nice restroom. Good food & affordable. Look at the size of the chicken strips in that basket meal! It did take quite a while from order to table. Rating would have been all 5⭐s if the noise level had allowed conversation. Apparently one patron was in control of the large TV remote. Music videos were playing at the volume setting of over 40. NOT conducive to a pleasant family dinner. We could not hear the person across the table & the waitress couldn't hear our orders at times. We did request the volume be decreased, twice, without any change.

10 months agoBought catfish dinners for 3, with fries & slaw. EVERYBODY loved their meals and can’t wait to go back!!! I saw a couple of negative reviews, but ANYTIME a restaurant opens up it takes some time to work the kinks out. The staff was super friendly & very attentive!
