a week agoabsolutely the best brisket i’ve ever had!!! it’s seasoned and cooked perfectly. the tenderness was unmatched, super juicy and falls apart at the touch of a fork. everything is smoked and made in house, great prices for the quality of the food, the owner is passionate about what he does and you can really taste it! if you’re going anywhere else for your BBQ you are missing out.

a week agoBroken G BBQ is a fantastic spot! The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the establishment was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. A special shoutout to Anthony, the owner, who is genuinely down-to-earth and makes you feel right at home. It's clear he takes pride in both the food and the customer experience. Highly recommend Broken G BBQ to anyone looking for great barbecue and friendly service!

a month agoWould have preferred more of the Peach cobbler for the price. Food is good great flavor, meat does not need the sauce. The sauce compliments the meat . Great price point for a sandwich and side . I'll definitely will be back to try the rest of the menu.

a month agoThe Best Barbecue Place I have been by far. All the meat we ordered were so tender and mouthwatering. A must try! Glad it’s not that far from where we live and will always come back whenever we crave bbq!

2 months agoBrisket- sliced thin and dry texture due to overholding, inadequate rest, or lean flat portion not protected during cook. Smoke profile was bitter/ashy (“dirty smoke”). Likely causes is restricted airflow, smoldering fire, or unseasoned wood. Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage- good internal flavor and texture. Smoke profile is same bitter/ashy note as brisket. Pork Ribs- proper cook, good texture Burnt Ends- good cook and texture, heavily sauced. Sauce masks both positive meat characteristics and underlying smoke defects. BBQ Sauce- high molasses content, dominant sweetness; competes with smoke flavor rather than complementing it. Sides & Desserts- Getchasum Potatoes: Potato, cheese, bacon combination; unique offering. Potato Salad / Banana Pudding: standard execution. Unavailable Items (at Opening): • Texas Twinkies • Turkey (noted recall) • Smoked peach cobbler • Ice cream (no freezer in operation) Recommend removing unavailable items from printed/posted menu until consistently offered. Improve production planning to ensure core items are available at opening. Align equipment readiness (e.g., freezer) with menu claims.

2 months agoOkay… Broken G BBQ did NOT come to play!!🔥 The smell alone should be illegal—it pulled me in before I even knew what’s happening. Then boom… I’m taking my first bite of the burnt ends and suddenly I’m questioning every other BBQ place I’ve ever loved. It’s THAT good. Juicy, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth kind of magic. The brisket is cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sides deserve their own spotlight too—straight comfort food that makes you want to try everything. Let’s just say I came for the meat but stayed for everything else… but WAIT—save room for dessert. I repeat: save room! The desserts are the kind that make you close your eyes after the first bite and question all your life choices (like why you didn’t order two 😅) On top of that, the people there are just good vibes all around—super friendly and make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. 10/10, no notes. I kid you not.. this is THE BBQ SPOT! Come hungry… and maybe wear stretchy pants 🤠

2 months agoWe went to Sat, and it was absolutely delicious. They just opened at their brick and mortar a week ago, and right in front of us was their 1,000 customer already, so they are definitely doing a lot right. Portions were huge, flavor was amazing, loved the macaroni and cheese side, customer service was outstanding. Do yourself a favor and go! We will be back.

2 months agoFine, fine, fine bbq. Stopped on my travels from TX to KS. I ordered chopped beef and smoked meatloaf, potatoes, and mac n cheese; delicious! While waiting, the pitmaster gave me a sampling of sliced brisket, 🤯 it was melt in your mouth delicious and their rub and sauce are out of this world unique and tasty. Texas hospitality at your finest. I’ll be back soon. Thank you Broken G for offering up 5 star bbq.
