I think this is the resturant founded by the late Harlon Brooks. Their food truck was at the Houston Rodeo this year, and it was phenominal. A coworker told me of he got an awesome brisket sandwhich at a food truck that looked a little different. I'm glad I found it! BBQ is good but this was DELISHOUS
