just sharing a personal opinion not intended to start any disagreements. We got a sliced brisket sandwich and a chopped brisket sandwich from Brothers Catering BBQ yesterday and were very impressed. Taste and generous portion of meat were great. we will definitely go again.
Favorite place in Liberty. Their taco salad is so good! They are so friendly and attentive. He always remembers my order which is so cool. The first time we came in was for my son's birthday. He was willing to let my son try a few different meats to see what he wanted on his plate. I thought that was very generous. Everyone there is so great! You can tell they truly care about what they do and who they serve their food to. You can also tell they are extremely family oriented. I can't recommend this place enough. They are down the road from my children's father's place and I'm so glad he put us on them. Along with the taco salads, I've heard the potatoes raved about big time. My son loves the platters with multiple meats and sides. He loves the jalapeno bread, too. My ex also raves over their beans and rice. If you haven't tried them, you definitely should. Whether you're passing thru on 90 or live locally, it's worth it. Plus, in this day and age where corporations run so many businesses, it just feels better to give our financial support to people that make a difference. They really are such sweet people!!
Everything was amazing. Service was friendly and spot on. I suggest trying the boudin egg rolls they are amazing 🤩.
