It’s been over 16 years since I last had a roti, and wow—this place did not disappoint! The roti and pumpkin arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every bite brought back memories. I left feeling satisfied, happy, and already looking forward to my next order. Highly recommend
They were out of most dishes and street snacks. The bakery did have bread, cake slices and Jamaican patties. Usually, there's a line for the good, Trinbagonian, comfort dishes.
Went there specifically to try their black cake, which was great, and the doubles. We got there at 11:30 and the doubles don't come out till 1:30-2pm, so I unfortunately didn't get the doubles. However, I did get the coconut bake and shark and that was okay. Hubby got the oxtails, rice and peas, with Mac and cheese. Oxtails need sauce but they were good. Really tender. Rice and peas was good to me, wasn't really feeling the mac and cheese. I like the fact that they had other products there like Green seasonings and Big Foot snacks, which I brought. The SERVICE was was Great! The guy in the front was really nice and helpful!
