I was looking for a good local podiatrist for my father. My google search led me to Dr. Theall's office and we were not disappointed. The staff was nice (esp Anna) and the Dr. was patient and personable. You can always tell when someone puts their heart into their work.

I am extremely disappointed in this place. I visited them some months back because I have an old scar on my left ankle that was causing some pain. From the first visit it became obvious that these doctors did not know what they were doing. Right off the bat I showed them that I do not wear socks on that leg as it make it sore and painful. Inspite of this they went ahead and tied my leg up in a tight and bulky bandage that barely fit my extra wide shoes even with the zipper down, claiming it will help the bone heal. I went along with the plan telling myself that they are doctors who know what they are doing but, I was wrong. Instead I ended experiencing the most excruciating and agonizing pain i had ever felt, and thanks to my leg I already have a very high pain tolerance threshold. I could not even sleep properly at night because the leg kept pulsing. Finally when I thought the pain will drive me out of my mind's I took a pair of scissors to the constricting bandages. The doctors were neither concerned nor apologetic but were instead condescending even after I relayed my experience during the second visit. All they cared about was selling their products to me, even those not in the slightest bit related to my case. Do yourself a big favour and find better qualifications elsewhere. These sleazy guys will also keep sending junk mails to you even after you change your address and no matter how many times you call them to stop. Makes you wonder who they are selling your information to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Theall's for well over thirty (30) years; as a diabetic I have received excellent care. Dr Theall has a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have recommended family and friends to his care and will continue to do so.
