a month agoNot only did we have a great brunch but the staff went above and beyond to make my 5 year olds birthday so special and sweet! They sang to her and gave her a rose and card with stickers! She said it was the best brunch ever !

a month agoLet me start by saying the food is AMAZING. Everything we had was so delicious and fresh! The employees were also super sweet. And the environment is adorable! It’s such a lovely place to enjoy a meal/coffee. Only leaving the remainder of this review in hopes it can lead to some improvements! When you walk in you have to order right away, which is hard when you’ve never been there before and the line is forming behind you! We kindly asked for a menu to take to our table to glance over so we had a chance to decide what we wanted, but they said no and that the only menu they have is on the tv screen in the entryway (which for majority of our time in line was off). We actually went back a few days later and before we went in I planned to look at the menu on my phone so we could be prepared to order, but there isn’t a menu online either. Not the end of the world, but definitely an odd system that I heard many others also muttering frustrations about. There’s no single individual waiting on you so if you need a water refill you have to flag someone down (again, not the end of the world), but for the price you pay, it’d be nice for this service to be available. And lastly, on both occasions we were in, our meals came out 10 minutes apart! Luckily we were planning on sharing, so again, not the end of the world, but had we not been willing to share one person would have been sitting quite a while without their meal. All in all we did have a good experience and we will come back, but I think there’s some room for minor improvements!

2 months agoThis is the kind of place you never want to leave. The owners are incredibly kind, the food and drinks are delightful. Plenty of off street parking. Put this spot on your list when you’re in town or if you’re a Spring Hill local get it in your regular rotation! 5-stars aren’t enough.

3 months agoThis was the first time I went to their new place. It’s very cute and they were kind. Pros- quirky, unique, good food. Cons- I had to ask 3 times for water (I asked for water with lemon) I got a small glass of water, room temperature no lemon- had to drink my bfs drink no refill and no one checked on us. It’s pricey but you’re paying for the uniqueness. I asked for over easy eggs… they were not. Would I go back - yes- but might give it awhile.

3 months agoAs a foodie, I don’t give praise lightly, but The Brunch Collective in Spring Hill checks all the boxes. The food, atmosphere, and hospitality are top-tier—and what really sets this place apart is that Josh, the owner, personally stopped by to greet us. You don’t get that kind of care in most restaurants. I highly recommend the Christy Bowl and the French toast—both packed with amazing flavors. I’m from California, and this is one place I’ll truly miss until I return.

5 months agoDelicious! Wow! Unreal good, easily top 5 best breakfasts. Portion sizes are big, so you can split pretty much anything. It’s pricey but if you split a dish, worth every penny. Individually, still good value because of how good the dish is. Coffee was amazing too. Outdoor and inside seating. Good place for the kids to run around. I got the Christy’s bowl, yum! Wife got the breakfast burrito- Amazing!

6 months agoThe Brunch Collective in Spring Hill, Tennessee is nothing short of phenomenal. Every dish is bursting with fresh, vibrant flavor, and the fact that so much of the menu is locally sourced makes it even more special. The owners, Jeff and Pam, greet you like an old friend the moment you arrive, and their warmth sets the tone for an experience that feels both welcoming and unforgettable. The food has that bright, California-inspired flair while still embracing the heart and soul of true Tennessee hospitality. It’s the kind of place you’ll find yourself dreaming about long after you leave , so much so that we happily drive all the way from Florida just to enjoy it. If you’re anywhere within 100 miles, make plans to go. This is not just a brunch spot; it’s a destination.

6 months agoMy friends and I are from the UK and spent just over 2 weeks travelling around the USA. This was definitely the best brunch place we found. The venue, decor and tablewear were adorable. The owners were helpful and lovely too. Most importantly, the food and drinks were delicious. You could taste the love that went into it and that they were using real ingredients. I am sad that I will never have the breakfast burrito and hazelnut latte again. Also loved the range of hot sauces❤️
