8 months agoThis is the worst restaurant I ever been to. My dad wanted to go to go to Johnny Rocket's but we couldn't because it was expensive, but I would rather pay $80 for Johnny Rocket's because we ended up paying $90-$100 at Bubba's River Cafe for me, my dad, and my brother, and we ended up with crappy burgers. And plus we had to wait an hour and that when we ordered we got right away, because the burgers were just sitting there in the kitchen waiting to be eaten. Plus my brother ordered tenders and it had hair. Plus the fries looked disgusting and had hair too. Worst place ever, just go to Johnny Rocket's at DC Universe.

a year agoNo lie waited 2 hrs last night during Fright Fest. Very,very slow paced service..The kids were starving and I almost passed out being a diabetic my glucose was running low and there was no hope. The line wasn't advancing and everyone also wanted re fills..So this also added to the wait..Everyone was moving slow and no motivation whatsoever. There was only one guy that deserves kudos 👏 which was a guy with long hair in picked up with his hairnet I believe his name was Ricardo or such..He was only motivated employee and he was working hard. HE ACTUALLY CARED...Food was just ok...It passed I guess..Still 2 hr wait here was simply not acceptable..

a year agoAn absurd experience. Ordered food through phone and after a 30 minute wait we recieved a message telling us the food was ready. After walking to the pick-up spot of the café, we waited there an additional 20 minutes, even though we were told the food was ready. After a total of 50 minutes waiting we recieved our order. In one of the tenders a piece of hair was found, and the drinks were filled to the brim leading to us spilling them on the way over to our table. Not enough with all this: food from the worker's gloves reached into the top of my cup, leaving pieces of food and barbeque sauce dripping down the inside of my drink.

a year agoWaited for 30 minutes for our overpriced food to be «prepared», then 20 more minutes to get our food from a non-existent «queue». Hair in food. Worst place we have been to for years!

2 years agoI know there is little chance anyone from Six Flags Fiesta Texas will see, read, or respond to this review, but I felt I needed to warn anyone going to Fiesta Texas that you do not want to eat at Bubba's Cafe. My wife, our friend, and I went there on 13 April 2024 and to say it was horrible would be an understatement. They had only 2 people taking orders and also expediting the food. This led to us standing in line for over a half hour. However, there were more people in the back that just seemed to be standing around doing nothing. Because each order was taking so long the food that was being prepared was just sitting under heat lamps drying out. When we got our food it was dried out and almost inedible. This is unacceptable for the price we paid for this food. Will never eat here again!
