See All ReviewsBeen going there for several years, this is the first year where the quality of food has gone downhill. The pizza dough tasted like dry paste, not the same quality as in the past. The ingredients on it was fatty and did not taste fresh.
The atmosphere was great, but the service didn’t quite match up—especially with the automatic 15% gratuity and extra 2.5% for A&E. When I asked for water at the counter, the cashier only gave me ice and pointed me to a water fountain, even though my friend at another counter was given water directly. I totally understand the need for fair pricing and gratuity, but it really shouldn’t be automatic when the service isn’t up to par. Also, what does “A&E” even refer to? If it’s an added charge, it should at least be explained.
I don’t understand the negative reviews posted here. Bud & Alley’s pizza is one of our favorites! They use the highest quality imported Italian flour, for both their regular and gluten free crusts. (One of the BEST gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had). All dough is made fresh in-house, and is wood fire baked. This quality is reflected in the price, as would be expected for both the cost of imported goods these days, as well as the location. However, if you’re looking for a generic $5 Pizza Hut carry-out, this is not it.
