The food was not fresh. I ordered egusi with bones and not meat . It had no vegetables in the egusi, was served in five minutes, warm. and all you could taste was spice. The fufu was cold not warm or hot at all. The price was $30, which was extremely overpriced for the quality and amount of food dished out. Maybe $10-$12 is good. This food was not ready.
The food is very nice. I had pounded yam and vegetable soup with different assorted meat and fish and I bet you to experience was amazing, I am definitely coming back.
I have never had Nigerian/African food before, so I just asked for what they would recommend and it was so good!!! Real food awesome people, nice restraunt. It's something special that we don't always get to experience. I'd recommend Buka 2 to anyone I meet.
