My family and I came to buku on a whim - we were at southern hills blueberry farms and wanted something new! We’ve been to most all vegan restaurants in central Florida and this was by far one of my favorites! The owner was so kind and you could taste the love put into each dish! Nachos were our fave bite and my kids loved the plant based burger and Mac n cheese. Despite the 40 miles drive from home we will definitely make it back 🌱
This place is a gem! The owner is the sweetest and the food was spectacular! I got the grits (oh my goodness were they everything I’ve ever dreamed of) & my husband got the French toast (perfectly sweet & fluffy). Can’t wait to go back and try everything else!!
Black bean burger was the meal I ordered. With Haitian potato salad and spicy slaw. There was also a cool refreshing Hawaiian Punch Kombucha! Non-alcoholic. The friendly servers took care me patience to make the Meal great. Atmosphere is great as well. Take a gander!!
