Came back for my favorites. The bún đậu mắm tôm and bánh khọt definitely did not disappoint—absolutely delicious! That being said, the bún mắm has gone downhill compared to before. The broth was really bland and missing that rich, savory shrimp/fish paste kick. Huge plus for the service though; the staff were super fast, attentive, and welcoming!
Really solid Vietnamese spot. The bún mắm is rich and flavorful, the fried rice with crispy chicken is well done, and the bún đậu mắm tôm is on point—everything tastes authentic and satisfying. The staff are attentive and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Definitely a place worth coming back to if you’re craving good Vietnamese food.
WOW, best banh khot I’ve had. A MUST EAT 👏👏 I’d come back for just the banh khot alone. The inside was sweet and almost like a custard while still remaining quite crispy and savory on the outside. Also HIGHLY recommend the nui chien bo xao (stir fried noodles with egg & beef) - a simple but well executed and delicious meal that reminded me of stir fried Thai noodles. Bun bo hue was also really tasty but the other dishes just blew me away. It seems like you can’t go wrong with their dishes, so eat away!
