2 months agoAfter waiting 20+ min for a crispy chicken sandwich, onion rings, and fried pickles I am thoroughly disgusted. Everything was cold except the pickles and they were soggy. To add insult, they wanted to upcharge for a bottle of water as opposed to a fountain drink. All this horrible food and non-service cost $20 +....

4 months agoThe food here is genuinely amazing. If you want food that looks as good as it tastes, you need to go here. The Philly Cheesesteak is one of the best things I've eaten here, and the number of fries they give you with each meal never disappoints. This is the only place I eat in the mall anymore and there's a good reason why.

7 months agoBurger 101 never disappoints! Their bacon cheeseburger is absolute 🔥 juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. The bacon cheese fries are on another level crispy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. I love this place! Definitely one of my go-to spots for a great burger fix. 🍔👏

9 months agoI use 101 burger at the Killeen mall and the costumer service sucks , the lady that took my order had a shitty attitude, in my eyes she needs to be replaced or you going to loose costumes!!!

a year agoThe only reason I gave this establishment a 1 star is because I could not rate 0. The young man behind the register lacked customer service skills. I was patiently waiting as he was helping a customer that was there before me and walking back and forth from the back. When he returned to the register I wasn’t quite sure if he was ready to take my order, because one he had his headphones in his ear and second he didn’t say hello, May I take your order or what can I get for you. Nothing, he stands there. So, I ask are you ready to take my order to which he responded with “I’m just waiting on you” At that point I was not interested in purchasing anything with them. Customer service skills are very important when providing a service to customers.

2 years agoOf course this place is in a mall BUT I've never had a better chili cheese burger and I'm pretty picky. The gentleman who served us was kind and polite. The burger was juicy and cheesy and had all the fixing and the chili was good too! They even gave ketchup packets without us asking which was really considerate. While the wait time is a little slow that's okay with me!
