We were visiting a large event and noticed that Burgz had a tent all set up. They were working those smash burgers. Even though it was extremely hot that evening, they were keeping up with the high demand for their delicious food. That smashburger had a nice crunch to it, perfectly seasoned and finished off with some cheese and pickles. I think they might be on to something. There's a demand for a good smashburger.
