a month agoFirst off the food and service was wonderful. But I believe that if you are working you need to be working and not babysitting a baby in a high chair by the drive-thru window. They didn't clean or stock. They simply played with the baby and sat down. Although I liked the food, I won't be back for that reason. It's a restaurant not a day care.

2 months agoWow, great food! Im legit blown away that my Orange Chicken had real orange slices (nice touch!), and the bread wasnt overly thick, and was crunchy. Fried rice was a little plain, but easily forgivable due to being 2 scoops! Good quantity, great quality, and quick service! Way to go guys, whoever owns this place is doing it right 👏 👏 👏

2 months agoBurning Wok in Little Elm is a good addition to the neighborhood, and it’s nice to have a reasonably priced dining option close by. The food offers good value for the price, which makes it a convenient spot for a quick meal. There is definitely some room for improvement, but I’m hoping it’s just part of the growing pains of a newer place.

3 months agoMy husband and I came into this place and unfortunately the experience started off very poorly. No one greeted us, and the employees at the register were serving us with very cold and unfriendly expressions. While that alone was already unpleasant, the main issue was something else. The employee on the left was handling open food containers in a way that her fingers were inside the container where the food was, and then she simply closed it with a lid. Then an even stranger situation happened. The employee on the right threw a bag of food to the employee on the left and it fell on the floor. After that, the employee quietly walked over, blocked the view with her back, and placed that same bag next to our order. We pointed it out and asked them not to include that bag in our order since it had fallen on the floor. Instead of apologizing, the employees simply turned around with stone faces and silently handed us the bag. Honestly, this was very shocking and unpleasant. It felt like the staff had no concern for customers and thought it was acceptable to give someone food that had been on the floor. We actually really like the food here, but experiences like this make us lose the desire to come back. I hope the management pays attention to how their staff treats customers and to basic hygiene standards.

3 months agoI’ve been here 3 times and the food is consistently tasty! The orange chicken is delicious! The chicken & shrimp fried rice is good! Also, they give a generous amount of soy & duck sauces. Good customer service and food is ready on time.

4 months agoFirst time, placed an order for mixed meats under the impression that I was getting ONE PLATE with two meats. Ended up buying TWO PLATES. No way I can eat two plates, barely can eat one so I lost money. I got the sesame chicken and the hunan beef. The sesame chicken was very good and fresh. The hunan beef wasn’t seasoned and it was more onions than beef. I will definitely be back and know how to order next time.

5 months agoReasonably sized portions and a very good price. I thought the food was good and I will definitely be back. $10 a meal is a great price.
