See All ReviewsI am shocked that this place isn't packed on Sunday afternoon when church has let out. They are open from 7 a.m. till 2 p.m. and have a great breakfast and lunch menu at reasonable prices. I go just about every Sunday after mass and get there around noon for a wonderful late breakfast. The half order biscuits and Cajun gravy w/ two eggs is one of my favorites but I like others just as well. Stop in. I promise you won't be disappointed.😎
This place is awesome! The hubby and I passed by about a week ago and couldn't help but salivate over the smell of potatoes coming from the restaurant. We agreed to give it a try on our next day off. We ordered the Bayou Smasher and the French Toast Sandwich - both of which were INCREDIBLE!! Our collective favorite was the Bayou Smasher. Even the coffee was good and not watered down. Ashley was our server and she was super friendly and down to Earth. Will definitely return to try some of their fancy alcoholic beverages! (Bayou Smasher pictured)
The food was very good, my Home Fries Buster Bowl was delicious. Good coffee. Our server was good and coffee was topped off regularly. We understand the nature of the restaurant business especially when you have "one cook" and expect a wait. The breakdown was that we were seated during a busy time yet when those tables were turned, the new guests, all of them, received their food prior to ours. Our ticket was not prepared in order and the server just said "I don't know" when we were still seated for over an hour. Perhaps she could have checked on and priortized our 'ticket'! Nice location and ambiance. This occurred on Saturday 3.25.22. We will be back though.
