a month agoBest brisket I've had in years! we were in the Lowe's parking lot at the landing and all you could smell over the entire parking was BBQ. it just drew us in and it was so good! I had the brisket with mac and cheese which was fantastic! my friend had the brisket and the banana pudding which was also extremely good. Would highly recommend if you see these guys somewhere go get some food it's really good! And the staff was super nice and friendly, even when it got a little busy. Great job!

2 months agoI have gone three Sunday's in a row. I was not there soon enough to get some of the meat (beef ribs and tri tip) on my 1st time ordering. I arrived early on the second Sunday (we were #1 in line). We were able to order everything that we wanted. We went back yesterday (Sunday) and we were #2 in line and again got everything that we wanted. All of the meat that we ordered tasted amazing. I love reheating the meat in our airfryer. We have tried the beef ribs, pork ribs, shredded brisket, tri tip, turkey legs, red beans and rice, and sausage links. We also tried the banana pudding. Everything tasted amazing. We have not tried the pulled pork yet. Give him a chance and try his amazing barbacue.

2 months agoWaited 2 hrs in Puyallup to try this place, everything is smoked perfectly, the beef ribs are ridiculously good, the baby backs could use a follow through behind em but that’s being nit picky, the banana pudding oh my that’s a treasure. The potato salad was nice, coulda used smaller chunks but again knit picking. This place was really good, staff very vocal and friendly. I will be back!!! I still need the Mac n cheese. And my brother said the hot links were quite hot and amazing!!

4 months agoC Davis BBQ is a 'pop up' food truck... so the atmosphere is the great outdoors. & it's totally take out! That said, the smoked meats are just the best! I don't know where he sources his meats, but the ribs (pork baby backs & beef) are meaty & smoked to the perfect doneness so not dry! Tender & falling off the bone goodness. His turkey legs are... like if there was such a thing as turkey ham... His brisket (comes chopped but rumor has it sliced will be in the mix soon) makes, perhaps, the best brisket sandwich I've ever had... consistently! He has sides that are all delicious- my favorite is his red beans & rice. Well worth checking his Facebook posts for where to find his truck next! But be on time & be prepared to get in line. He sells out of hundreds of pounds of meat in about 3 hours...

8 months agoThe best BBQ around! They came to tehaleh and were extremely generous and kind. They worked their tails off to deliver amazing food from their truck. It was a warm day with a big crowd and we appreciated it a whole lot. Awesome food!

9 months agoWe’ve followed c C. Davis Texas BBQ for a while now. Have had his delicious food multiple times. He’s got the best bbq in the area, while in line once I met a guy that drove 2.5 hours on Super Bowl Sunday to buy this bbq. On top of all that him and his team are the best and you walk away from His trailer feeling thankful for the experience and so damn excited to get home and chow down on some real hand crafted food.

9 months agoHands down the BEST bbq I’ve ever had (other than my dad’s of course). I didn’t think it was possible to have bbq this good in Washington. This place is not overhyped. Their reputation matches the quality of the food. Now I understand why the lines are so long at events. Looking forward to trying more items on their menu. I had the mac n cheese, potato salad, smoked turkey leg, beef ribs, tri tip, and waffle fries. Once I have some room in my stomach, I’ll try the banana pudding. I’ve heard it’s incredible!
